  37.    Do you really think so? The AmigaOS is not in such a bad state it would
  38. require a complete rewrite to make any further progress possible. You are
  39. underestimating the work, time and money such a task takes. As far as I can
  40. see the only OS development groups who start from scratch are either backed
  41. by an academic background and financed by government agencies (e.g. MACH at
  42. CMU) or are founded & funded by a group of companies (e.g. Talingent).
